- Certain items – such as services or personalised products – are not eligible for return.
- Goods that have been inspected by you pre-shipping are not eligible for return. (For large value orders, above INR 1,00,000 or equivalent, we allow onsite inspection before shipping. Any costs related to this inspection is your responsibility).
b. How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.
c. Shipping Costs for Returns
Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), return shipping costs are your responsibility.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
